Lanjing was established in 2008 as Zibo Lanjing Glass Factory (the former
parent company). In 2018, Shandong Lanjing Glass Technology Co., Ltd.
was founded and became the current parent company. The company has
been professionally engaged in the glass industry for over 15 years. Located
in Zibo City, Shandong Province, China, it covers an area of approximately
18,000 square meters and employs more than 50 skilled technicians.
Lanjing is equipped with advanced production facilities, including automated
glass cutting machines, CNC processing center, double chamber tempering
furnace, automated laminated glass production line, insulating glass
production lines, heat soaked furnace, etc.
Laser Printing LOGO: Printing LOGO or the designed drawing automatically on the cutting line. The laser printing machine is the top advanced from Mawei.
Glass cutting: Glass cut automatically with designed cutting method calculated in computer, the cutter is imported ,glass edges are neat.
Glass Grinding: Glass grind and polished on the fast polishing line, the advanced machine has 32 grinding head making glass edges shiny without any lines or chipped defect.
Heat Treating: Glass Tempering, heat strenghening, heat soaking, ceramic fritting, curving, digital printing, making these processing after glass well grinded.
Laminating: Glass laminating after heat treated processing, we have advanced roller machine and autoclave from Lewei.
Insulating: Making insulated glass with automatic argon filling and sealant sealing ,the insulated production line is well equipped.
Packing and loading: Glass well packed in crate with thicker playwood panel and rubber inside, glass with cork spacer and protective film outside. Loading glass safely.
