Tempered glass type

The special explosion-proof tempered glass is 2 meters × 3 meters × 18 pieces, with a thickness of 12 mm. Its performance is superior, in line with GB15763.2-2005 "Safety Glass for Construction Part 2 Tempered Glass" standard, and has passed professional CCC certification and export CE certification.

Surface layer

The artificial turf (curled type) is laid in standard dimensions of 4000mm x 2000mm per roll. With a total length of 20,000mm and height of 12mm, it achieves a turf density of 52,500 needles/㎡, surpassing the premium standard GB/T 20394-2006 "Artificial Turf for Sports". Available in customizable blue or green options to meet personal preferences.

Pillars and fences

The columns and beams are constructed from high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel pipes measuring 100mm×100mm×3mm. The mesh features 4mm diameter wires with 50mm×50mm openings, featuring protective edges to prevent scratches and snagging. All piping surfaces undergo electrostatic powder coating treatment, delivering a sleek finish that is both durable and visually appealing.

Lighting system

It contains 8 sets of LED lamps, each with a power of 200 watts and an IP65 waterproof rating. The lamp posts are embedded in the enclosure at a height of 6000 mm and an illuminance of 300 lux to provide sufficient lighting for night games.

All accessories and screws are made of 304 stainless steel, which is guaranteed to be rust-free for life and firm without deformation, with exquisite appearance.
